Botanical Steam Printing Ancient process. Surprising results. Always your own.
In this workshop we explore the art of botanical steam printing — one of the oldest ways of capturing nature's mark. Botanicals are gathered, immersed in rust solutions and natural mordants, then carefully bundled and steamed, allowing nature to do exactly what it does best.
No two pieces are ever alike. The process is meditative, tactile and quietly wonderful.

Every event we host is designed with intention, from the atmosphere we create to the way each session flows.
Start Your Markmaking with nature
In this workshop we work with Gelli plates to explore the beautiful world of mono printing. Using flora gathered from nature, we press, layer and print with acrylic inks to create unique botanical prints — no two ever the same. A wonderfully tactile and playful process, perfect for all levels.
